الملخص
تشكل الرقابة على دستورية القوانين في الجزائر إحدى أبرز الأليات الدستورية التي تعمل على ضمان سمو أحكام الدستور، وإلغاء كل نص قانوني يثبت عدم دستوريته، ولئن تنوعت صورها من رقابة الدستورية، رقابة المطابقة، ومؤخرا رقابة الدفع بعدم الدستورية، بحسب المجالات التي ينظمها الدستور، إلا أنها تهدف جلّها إلى ضمان نفاذ القواعد الدستورية على أحسن وجه شكلا ومضمونا، للتأكيد على ضرورة الالتزام بأحكام الدستور Monitoring the constitutionality of laws in general, and in Algeria in particular, is one of the most prominent constitutional mechanisms that work to ensure the supremacy of the constitution, and the abolition of every legal text that proves its unconstitutionality, although its forms varied from constitutional control, conformity control, and more recently control of advancing unconstitutionality, This is in accordance with the areas regulated by the constitution, but most of it aims to ensure the implementation of the constitutional rules in the best way, in substance and content, emphasizing the need to adhere to the provisions of the constitution and achieve constitutional security.
