الملخص
ملخص: يؤدي الترقيم العقاري المؤقت الى حصول المستفيد منه على شهادة الترقيم العقاري التي يمنحها المشرع نفس آثار شهادة الحيازة، وبناء على ذلك يمكن حماية حقوقه الناتجة عن هذا الترقيم من خلال دعاوى الحيازة المنصوص عليها في القانون المدني وقانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية. . Abstract:Temporary real estate numbering results in the beneficiary obtaining the real estate numbering certificate to which the legislator gives the same effects as the acquisition certificate. Accordingly, his rights arising from such numbering can be protected through tenure Possession lawsuits under the Civil Code and the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure.
