الملخص
لعبت المؤسسة العسكرية أدوارا محورية في مسار تشكل النظام السياسي الصيني، لذا يعد جيش التحرير الشعبي الصيني أحد الأركان الثلاثة للنظام السياسي، إلى جانب الحزب وجهاز الدولة، ومع هذا فإن تحولات الساحة السياسية وكذا التحولات داخل المؤسسة العسكرية، تطرح تساؤلات حول الوضع الحقيقي للمؤسسة العسكرية. Abstract The military institution has played pivotal roles in the path of building the political system, so the PLA is one of the three pillars of the Chinese political system, alongside the party and the state apparatus, and yet the political transformations as well as the shifts within the military institution, raise questions about the real situation of this institution.
