طريق الحرير الصيني القديم و طريق الحرير الصيني الجديد...الثابت والمتغير من منظور سياسات القوة

الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة إجراء تفحص تحليلي لطريق الحرير الجديد وكشف ما استجده مقارنة بالقديم، كما تبحث التحديات المختلفة له والآثار المترتبة عنه من منظور سياسات القوة وكشف التقاطعات الجيوستراتيجية المحركة لكل ذلك، انطلقنا فيها من العودة إلى طريق الحرير القديم وتوضيح البعد الاقتصادي- الحضاري له، ثم تحليل مختلف التغيرات الجيوستراتيجية الجديدة ودورها في تحريك علاقات القوة شرق- غرب، وبحث حقيقة علاقة طريق الحرير الجديد بعودة الصين من جديد، لنتطرق بعدها للبعد السياسي لطريق الحرير الجديد، وتوضيح أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المشروع الصيني لنصل إلى حقيقة أن هذه المبادرة هي تحرك الصين لترسيخ نفسها كقوة اقتصادية وسياسية عظمى، من خلال تغيير قواعد النظام الاقتصادي العالمي اليوم،بشكل يمنحها فرصة لإعادة ترتيبه والتموضع فيه بما يليق والبعد الحضاري المرتبط بالدلالات التاريخية لهذا المشروع. Abstract: This study aims to conduct an analytical examination of the new Silk Road and reveal what has developed compared to the old one. It also examines its various challenges and its implications from the perspective of power politics and uncovers the geostrategic intersections driving all of that. Analyzing the various new geostrategic changes and their role in moving the power relations east-west, and examining the truth about the relationship of the New Silk Road with the return of China again, then we will discuss the political dimension of the New Silk Road, and clarify the most important challenges facing the Chinese project to reach the fact that this initiative is China's move to consolidate itself as a great economic and political power, by changing the rules of the global economic system today, in a way that gives it an opportunity to rearrange it and position itself in it in a way that befits the civilizational dimension associated with the historical connotations of this project.
