العلاقة بين توفر متطلبات ضمان الجودة وتحسين الأداء الاداري لدى اعضاء الهيئة الادارية الاكاديمية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 2

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين توفر متطلبات ضمان الجودة وتحسين الأداء الاداري لأعضاء الهيئة الادارية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 2 من وجهة نظرهم، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع اعضاء الهيئة الإدارية الاكاديمية العاملة بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 2 للعام الجامعي (2019/2020) والبالغ عددهم (56) فردا. بينما تم اختيار عينة قصدية تكونت من (45) عضوا من الهيئة الادارية الاكاديمية بجامعة سطيف (2) للعام الدراسي (2019/2020)، وتم تصميم استبيانين الاول يقيس متطلبات ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي مكون من (39) بندا موزعين على اربعة محاور (التحسين المستمر ، الالتزام بتقديم قيمة للعملاء، الاهتمام بالموارد البشرية، المشاركة الجماعية)، والثاني مكون من (19) بندا يقس الأداء الاداري ولمعالجة بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود ارتباط كبير دال احصائيا بين توفر متطلبات ضمان الجودة وتحسين الأداء الاداري لدى أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية الاكاديمية بجامعة سطيف02 -وجود ارتباط متوسط دال احصائيا بين التحسين المستمر كمتطلب لضمان الجودة وتحسين الأداء الإداري. - وجود ارتباط متوسط دال احصائيا بين كل من الالتزام بتقديم قيمة للعملاء وتحسين الأداء الاداري. - وجود ارتباط كبير دال احصائيا بين كل من الاهتمام بالموارد البشرية وتحسين الأداء الاداري. - وجود ارتباط متوسط دال احصائيا بين كل من المشاركة الجماعية وتحسين الأداء الاداري Abstract. This study aimed to know the nature of the relationship between the availability of quality assurance requirements and the improvement of the administrative performance of the members of the administrative body at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine Setif 2 from their point of view, and the relational descriptive approach was used and the study community consisted of all members of the academic administrative body working at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine - Setif 2. For the academic year (2019/2020), their number was (56). While an intentional sample consisting of (45) members of the academic administrative body at the University of Setif (2) is selected for the academic year (2019/2020), two questionnaires were designed, the first measuring quality assurance requirements in higher education institutions consisting of (39) items divided into four axes. (Continuous improvement, commitment to providing value to clients, attention to human resources, collective participation), and the second component of (19) items that measure administrative performance and to process study data, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. The results of the study showed that there is a significant correlation between both the availability of quality assurance requirements and the improvement of the administrative performance of the members of the academic administrative body at the University of Setif 02 - The presence of a medium correlation between continuous improvement as a requirement for quality assurance and improvement in administrative performance - the presence of a moderate correlation between each commitment to providing value to customers and improving administrative performance . There is a significant correlation between interest in human resources and improving administrative performance. There is a moderate correlation between collective participation and improved management performance. .
