الانتماء وعلاقته بتحقيق الذات لدى الطالب الجامعي -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 2

الملخص
This study examines the relationship between the belongingness and self actualizationon a simple of students from the university of Mohamed lamineDabbaguine – Sétif 2- in Sétif aged between 20 and 27 old and represents 42 males and 58 females. The statistical results of the study demonstrated that the initial hypothesis wasn’t realized, So there is no relationship between the belongingness and theself actualization, and the high level of the belongingness , there is no differences between males and females in belongingness andself actualization . Cette étude examine la relation entre l’appartenance et la réalisation du soi chez les étudiants universitaires. L’étude était effectuée sur un échantillon contenant 100 étudiants choisis de l’université Mohamed lamine Debbaghine – Sétif 2- à Sétif ,dant l’âge varie entre 20 et 27 ans et ils représentent 42 garçons et 58 filles. Les résultats statistiques de l’étude ont montré que l’hypothèse initial n’a pas été réalisée et qui indiquent qu’il n’Ya pas de relation entre l’appartenance et la réalisation du soi. Et ont démontré le haut niveau de la réalisation du soi et les niveaux moyens de l’appartenance globale ainsi que ses dimensions surtout l’identification et l’altruisme, alors que le niveau de la participation était élevé, les résultats ont démontré aussi qu’il n’ya pas de différences entre les garçons et les filles on ce qui concerne l’appartenance et la réalisation du soi. تبحث هذه الدراسة في محاولة كشف علاقة الانتماء بتحقيق الذات لدى الطلبة الجامعين. هذه الدراسة تناولت عينة تضم 100 طالب تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من جامعة محمد لمين دباغين- سطيف 2 – بسطيف يتراوح سنهم ما بين 20– 27 سنة، ويمثلون 42 من الذكور و 58 من الإناث. بينت النتائج الاحصائية للدراسة عدم تحقق الفرضية الرئيسية والتي تشير إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الانتماء وتحقيق الذات. كما بينت المستويات المرتفعة لتحقيق الذات، والمستويات المتوسطة للانتماءوأبعاده خاصة التوحد والإيثار بينما مستوى المشاركة كان مرتفعا. وكشفت أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث فيما يتعلق بالانتماء وتحقيق الذات
