الملخص
إذا كانت فكرة الشركة لا تعدو عن كونها وسيلة يسعى الأفراد من خلالها إلى الجمع بين قدراتهم المتنوعـة، للتعاون من أجل مباشرة الأنشطة التجارية، فالحقيقة أن هذه الشركة لم تكن سوى عقد بين الشركاء، يتضمن الشروط التي على أساسها تتم مباشرة النشاط التجاري، واقتسام ما يسفر عنه من ربح أو تحمل ما ينجم عنه من خسارة، وتقوم الشركات التجارية على مبدئين في غاية الأهمية، وهما مبدأ الإعتبار المالي و مبدأ الإعتبار الشخصي، هذا الأخير الذي يعتبر عنصر ذا عمق نفسي ووجداني سوسيولوجي يتعلق بذات الشريك بالشركة، وعلى هذا سنحاول توضيح التموقع المادي لهذا المبدأ في الشركات التجارية مع التركيز على شركات الأشخاص. If the idea of the company is nothing more than a means through which individuals seek to combine their diverse capabilities, to cooperate in order to conduct commercial activities, the truth is that this company was nothing but a contract between partners, which includes the conditions on the basis of which the commercial activity is conducted, and what results The profit or loss resulting from it, and the commercial companies are based on two very important principles, namely the principle of financial consideration and the principle of personal consideration, the latter which is an element of psychological, emotional, and sociological depth related to the same partner in the company, and on this we will try to clarify the physical location For this principle in commercial companies with an emphasis on people companies.
