الملخص
كرس المشرع الجزائري مبادئ الحوكمة في مجال الصفقات العمومية سعيا منه لتوفير منظومة قانونية ملائمة تضمن و تؤمن نجاعة الصفقة العمومية و كذا حمايتها من أوجه الفساد، فحرص على تطبيق مبادئ الشفافية و المساواة و النزاهة في مختلف مراحل إبرام الصفقة و كذا توفير رقابة متنوعة لضبط مجال الصفقات العمومية . Résumé Le législateur algérien a consacré les principes de gouvernance dans le domaine des marchés publics dans le but de fournir un système juridique approprié qui garantit et sécurise l'efficacité du marché public, ainsi que le protège des aspects de corruption. Abstract The Algerian legislator has devoted the principles of governance in the field of public procurement in an effort to provide an appropriate legal system that guarantees and secures the efficiency of the public deal, as well as protecting it from aspects of corruption.
