إنعكاسات بعض مظاهر العولمة على السيادة الوطنية

الملخص
تعتبر السيادة من أهم الأسس التي تقوم عليها الدولة، إلا أنها واجهت بعض الخطر مع بروز بعض المستجدات الحديثة على الساحة الدولية التي كان لها الأثر الواضح على فرض الدولة لسيادتها على أرضها. فكانت العولمة وأساليبها من أهم المظاهر التي برزت في الآونة الأخيرة وكان لها الأثر الأكبر والأكثر فعالية على السيادة، فكان التعاون الدولي من أهم المستجدات التي طرأت ، حيث إنصب على سبل التعاون والمساعدة بين الدول وتقليص الحدود والعمل على إزالتها، بالإضافة إلى الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات التي زاد نشاطها بفعل العولمة إلى أن أصبحت أهم أساليبها. وعليه فكيف وإلى أي مدى أثرت العولمة على السيادة الوطنية. Les répercussions de certains aspects de la mondialisation sur la souveraineté nationale La souveraineté est l'un des fondements les plus importants de l'État, mais elle a connu un changement avec l'émergence de certaines nouveautés sur la scène internationale dont l’impact est clair sur l'imposition de l'État de sa souveraineté sur son territoire. La mondialisation a été parmi les manifestations les plus émergentes et importantes en ayant un impact considérable sur la souveraineté. La coopération internationale est l’une des actualités colossales, elle s'est focalisée sur les moyens d'assistance entre les pays, en réduisant les frontières en vue de leur suppression, en plus des entreprises multinationales dont l'activité s'est accrue en raison de la mondialisation jusqu'à en devenir son procédé le plus important. Dès lors, comment et dans quelle mesure la mondialisation a-t-elle affecté la souveraineté nationale ? Sovereignty is one of the most important foundations on which the state is based , but it faced some danger with the appearance of some recent developments on the international scene that had a clear impact on the state's imposition of its sovereignty on its land. Globalization and its methods were among the most important manifestations that have emerged in recent times and had the greatest and most effective impact on sovereignty. International cooperation was one of the most important developments that occurred, as it focused on ways of cooperation and assistance between countries and reducing borders and working to remove them, in addition to multinational companies that increased Its activity is due to globalization until it has become its most important method. Accordingly, how and to what extent has globalization affected national sovereignty?
