استخدام القوة في القانون الدولي وانعكاساته على العلاقات الدولية

الملخص
ملخص: ان استخدام القوة في القانون الدولي والقوة المسلحة عموما من الأساليب التي كانت تستخدمها الدولة لحماية مصالحها ولفرض وجهة نظرها والسوابق الدولية توضح ما ينجم عنها من خسائرفي الأرواح والأموال من دون ان يؤدي ذلك الى حل المنازعات بل ويحمل استخدامها في ثناياه خطورة كبيرة بالنسبة للدول المستخدمة ضدها القوة اذ يعمد المجتمع الدولي في هذه المناسبة الى حشد اكبر قدر من القوة العسكرية لتطبيق القرارات الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة وهذا يؤشر لبداية تاريخ جديد للإنسانية احدى مقوماته سيادة قانون الأقوى و استبعاد القانون الدولي وفرض الهيمنة على الاسرة الدولية. Résumé L'usage de la force dans le droit international et la force armée en général est l'une des méthodes utilisées par l'État pour protéger ses intérêts et imposer son point de vue, et les précédents internationaux clarifient les pertes de vies et d'argent qui en résultent sans conduire à la résolution des différends, mais son utilisation comporte plutôt un grand danger pour les États utilisés. Contre elle, c'est la force, car la communauté internationale entend à cette occasion mobiliser le plus grand nombre de forces militaires pour appliquer les décisions rendues par les Nations Unies, ce qui marque le début d'une nouvelle histoire de l'humanité. Abstract The use of force in international law and armed force in general is one of the methods that the state used to protect its interests and impose its point of view, and international precedents clarify the resulting loss of lives and money without leading to the resolution of disputes, but rather its use carries within it a great danger for the states used Against it is strength, as the international community intends on this occasion to mobilize the largest amount of military force to implement the decisions issued by the United Nations, and this marks the beginning of a new history of humanity. One of its foundations is the rule of the law of the most powerful, excluding international law and imposing hegemony on the international community
