الملخص
ملخص : شهدت سوريا مع بداية العام 2011 موجة من الاحتجاجات الشعبية ضد النظام الحاكم، و التي سرعان ما تحولت إلى نزاع مسلح بين القوات النظامية و جماعات المعارضة المسلحة، هذا و لقد تدخلت روسيا في الأزمة السورية بناء على طلب من النظام السوري، و مع ذلك فقد أثار هذا التدخل الكثير من الجدل على مستوى القانون الدولي حول مدى مشروعيته، و هو ما يدفعنا إلى التساؤل حول مدى مشروعية التدخل الدولي في الأزمات الداخلية وفقا لقواعد القانون الدولي العام؟ و مدى تأثير التدخل الدولي الروسي في العلاقات الدولية؟ فروسيا حاولت من خلال التدخل في الأزمة السورية تأكيد عودتها كقوة عظمى في النظام الدولي و أن عهد الأحادية القطبية قد انتهى و العالم سيشهد بروز نظام دولي جديد. Abstract: In early 2011, Syria witnessed a wave of popular protests against the ruling regime; it has rapidly escalated to an armed conflict between the Syrian troops and the armed opposition groups. Russia has intervened in the Syrian crisis at the request of the Syrian regime. This intervention caused great controversy at the level of international law about its legitimacy, Which leads us to ask about the legitimacy of international intervention in internal crises according to the rules of public international law? And the extent of the impact of the Russian international intervention in international relations? Russia, through its intervention in the Syrian crisis, tried to confirm its return as a great power in the .international system, and that the era of unipolarity had ended and the world would witness the emergence of a new international order
