الملخص
الملخص: للأمن عدة معاني مختلفة، وان كان يعنى بالدرجة الاولى تحقيق الطمأنينة والسلام والاستقرار، والأمن القانوني يعد من أهم الموضوعات القانونية ويمثل العمود الفقري في تكوين القواعد القانونية، اذ يتطلب قيامها على قدر من الاستقرار في العلاقات والمراكز القانونية. اذا كان من بين اهم الغايات التي يصبوا اليها القانون ترسيخ الامن القانوني فان ذلك يتطلب توافر عدة الاليات سواء المرتبطة باعداد القاعدة القانونية او بالطرق الواجبة عند العمل بها منها مراعاة جودة الصياغة والوضوح وتجنب التضخم او التناقض بين النصوص القانونية وكذا ضمان العلم بالقاعدة القانونية وسهولة الوصول اليها بالاضافة الى مراعاة مبدأ الملائمة والثقة والاستقرار. Abstract: The security has many different meanings, although it primarily means achieving tranquility, peace and stability, and legal security is one of the most important legal Topic and represents in the formation of legal rules, as it requires their establishment on a degree of stability in legal relations and centers. If one of the most important goals that the law aspires to is the consolidate of legal security, then this requires the availability of several mechanisms, whether related to the preparation of the legal rule or the necessary methods when working with it, including the consideration of the wording quality and clarity and avoid inflation or contradictions between legal texts, as well as ensuring knowledge of the legal rule and facility access to it, in addition to consider the principe of convenience, trust and stability .
