الملخص
الملخص: ان قانون العقوبات يهدف الى تأمين القواعد الموضوعية المتعلقة بالتجريم والعقاب ويتجسد ذلك من خلال المبادئ التي استقر عليها التي ترمي الى إرساء مبدا الامن القانوني. تتمحور الإشكالية حول ابراز المقومات التي يرتكز عليها قانون العقوبات لبلوغ غاية إرساء مبدأ للامن القانوني. للإجابة على الإشكالية سنتناول الامن القانوني كمبدا متاصل في قانون العقوبات ثم ابراز اهم مقومات تحقيق ذلك منها ضمان الوصول المادي والفكري وحماية التوقع واستقرار المراكز. Abstract: The Penal Code aims to secure the objective rules related to criminalization and punishment, and this is embodied through the principles it has settled on, which aim to establish the principle of legal security. The problem revolves around highlighting the elements on which the Penal Code is based in order to achieve the goal of establishing a principle of legal security To answer the problem, it is necessary to study legal security as an inherent principle in the Penal Code, and then highlight the most important elements to achieve this, such as ensuring physical and intellectual access, protecting expectations and stability of centers. .
