الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة ودرجة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي ومهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية سطيف، وشملت العينة 98 أستاذا للتعليم الابتدائي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتظهر أهمية الدراسة من أهمية هذا النوع من الذكاء في تسيير وإدارة الصفوف التعليمية والسير بها نحو النجاح خاصة في المرحلة الابتدائية، وتم استخدام مقياسين لجمع البيانات مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي ومقياس مهارات الإدارة الصفية، بانتهاج منهجية البحوث الوصفية التحليلية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في أسلوبه الارتباطي من خلال حساب معامل الارتباط بيرسون لتحديد درجة وطبيعة الارتباط بين المتغيرين على مستوى التخطيط الصفي والتنفيذ الصفي والتقويم الصفي. توصلت الدراسة إلى إثبات وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ضعيفة دالة إحصائيا بين الذكاء الاجتماعي ومهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية سطيف. The study aimed to know the nature and degree of correlation between social intelligence and classroom management skills of a sample of teachers of primary education in the state of Setif, and the sample included 98 teachers of primary education who were chosen randomly. Success, especially in the primary stage, and two scales were used to collect data, the measure of social intelligence and the measure of classroom management skills, following the analytical descriptive research methodology using the descriptive approach in its correlative method by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the degree and nature of the correlation between the two variables. The study concluded that there is a positive, weak, statistically significant correlation between social intelligence and classroom management skills among teachers of primary education in the state of Setif.
