الأمن الأسري في ظل وثائق المؤتمرات الدولية

الملخص
إن هذه المحاولة تهدف إلى بيان وسائل استهداف الأسرة من خلال التعرض إلى بعض المضامين التي تشمل عليها أبرز الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية الخاصة بالمرأة والطفل؛ لبيان تداعياتها على الأسرة بخاصة والمجتمع بعامة، والتي تؤثر على نحو كبير في تغيير ثقافات الشعوب على المدى الطويل. وهو ما يمثل خطورة كبيرة على المنظومة القيمية والأخلاقية للأجيال الناشئة. فبينما كان الدين والأخلاق والتقاليد العريقة هي التي توجه سلوك الأسرة، تصبح قوانين النظام الدولي الجديد هي المتحكمة. خاصة وأن موضوع الأسرة بات يحتل الصدارة في الطرح الغربي عبر المؤتمرات الدولية وما ينتج عنها من وثائق، لعل أهمها وثيقة اتفاقية القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، ووثيقتي السكان والمرأة، مما يجعل البحث مهما في ظل التغيرات العالمية في مآل قضايا الأسرة وأمنها. This attempt aims to clarify the means of targeting the family by exposing some of the contents that are included in the most prominent international conventions and covenants related to women and children; To show its repercussions on the family in particular and society in general, which greatly affect the change of people's cultures in the long run. Which represents a great danger to the value and moral system of the younger generations. Whereas religion, morals and ancient traditions were the ones that guided the behavior of the family, the laws of the new international system became the dominant ones. Especially since the issue of the family has come to the fore in Western discourse through international conferences and the resulting documents, perhaps the most important of which is the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, and the Population and Women’s Documents, which makes the research important in light of global changes in the fate and security of family issues.
