صعوبات استخدام منصة التعليم عن بعد (موودل) من وجهة نظر الطلبة الجامعيين

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف على صعوبات استخدام منصة التعليم عن بعد (موودل) من وجهة نظر الطلبة الجامعيين،طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 150 طالب بجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي الشلف، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي واستبيان صعوبات استخدام منصة مودل لتعليم عن بعد المنجز في الدراسة بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، بعد التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - الصعوبات الأكثر شيوعا في استخدام منصة التعليم عن بعد (موودل) من وجهة نظر الطلبة الجامعيين هي الصعوبات المتعلقة بحماية الدروس بالرقم السري من طرف الأساتذة، المحتوى غير محفز يعتمد على المنشورات الكتابية فقط، ضعف التكوين، عدم توفر الطلبة على اجهزة الحاسوب ، تعطل المنصة باستمرار؛ كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في صعوبات استخدام منصة التعليم عن بعد (الموودل) من وجهة نظر الطلبة الجامعيين تعزى لمتغير المستوى الجامعي (ليسانس، ماستر) لصالح طلبة الماستر، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في صعوبات استخدام منصة التعليم عن بعد (الموودل) من وجهة نظر الطلبة الجامعيين تبعا لكل من متغير التخصص (علمي، أدبي) ومتغير منطقة السكن (ريفي، شبه ريفي، حضري). Abstract: The current study aimed to detect the difficulties of using the remote education platform Moodle) from the point of view of university students, the study was applied to a sample of 150 students at Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef, using the descriptive curriculum and Moodle platform difficulties questionnaire completed in the study, After verifying its psychometric properties . After statistical analysis of the data of this study reached the following results - The most common difficulties students have in using the Moodle platform are related to the protection of lessons by the pin number of professors and the content of the platform , Content is unmotivated, which It depends on written only publications, poor training, Students not having computers The platform is constantly crashing , as the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the difficulties of using the remote education platform Moodle) from the point of view of university students due to the variable of the university level (Bachelor- Master) for the benefit of master's students, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the difficulties of using the remote education platform Moodle from the point of view of university students depending on both the variable of specialization (scientific- literary) and variable of residential area (rural - semi-urban – urban).
