بين المقاربة بالكفاءات والنظرية البنائية لجان بياجيه

الملخص
لقد شهدت المنظومة التربوية العديد من الإصلاحات التي ساهمت بشكل أو بآخر في تفعيل التعليم والتعلم، فانتقلت من المقاربة بالمحتوى إلى المقاربة بالأهداف و أخيرا المقاربة بالكفاءات، التي تعتبر بديلا للمقاربات السابقة، حيث جاءت بغية سد الثغرات التي خلفتها المقاربة التقليدية، فهي تستدعي التحكم في البيداغوجيا الجديدة مثل البيداغوجيا الفارقة وبيداغوجيا الدعم ....وغيرها، ولقد نشأت نتيجة الصراع بين النظريتين التعليميتين البنائية التي تزعمها العالم السويسري جان بياجيه، والنظرية السلوكية التي يتزعمها العالم واطسن والعالم الروسي بافلوف، فأنصار النظرية الأولى ينطلقون من أن التعلم يحدث على أساس مبدأ التفاعل بين الذات والموضوع، أما النظرية الثانية فيحصرون التعلم في مثير واستجابة، ولعل الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تبيان العلاقة التي تربط بين المقاربة بالكفاءات والنظرية البنائية، فما المقاربة بالكفاءات؟ وما الجديد الذي جات به؟ وما علاقتها بالنظرية البنائية؟ The educational system in Algeria has been subject to many reforms,which have contributed to the advancement of teaching and learning.One such reform is the adoption of new approaches; moving from approaching content to approaching goals and finally to approaching competencies. The competency- based approach is considered as an alternativeto all previous approaches. It seeks to fill the gaps that the traditional approaches have left in the system. It calls for the control of the nowadays pedagogy, such as the difference prdagogy and pedagogical support and the like. CBA has emerged as a result of a conflit between two educational theories, structuralism led by the swiss scientist Jean Piaget, and Behaviorism headed by the scientist waston and the Russian scientist Pavlov. In which structuralism emphasizes that the learning system with all its components are interrelated and cannot stand in isolation, while Behaviorism binds learning to the stimulus-response concept. Therefore, the main aim of the current study is to reveal the relationship between CBA and structuralism. Moreover, it attempts to answer these questions: what is CBA? what is new about this newly adopted approach? and finally, what does it have to do with the constructivism theory.
