الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين حوادث العمل والرضا الوظيفي أجريت الدراسة على عينة تقدر ب 72 عامل من مختلف الرتب بولاية الجزائر العاصمة ، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، واستخدمت مقياس مينسوتا للرضا الوظيفي توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروقات في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بين العمال الذين تعرضوا لحوادث عمل والذيم لم يسبق لهم التعرض لها ، الرضا الوظيفي يتأثر ويوثر في حوادث العمل ويمكن اعتباره مؤشر هام لدراسة محيط العمل وخلصت الدراسة الى أن هناك فروق واضحة من خلال الدراسة في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بين الذين تعرضوا لحوادث عمل والذيم لم يتعرضوا لها من خلال دراسة مستوى رضاهم الوظيفي Abstract: This study aimed to find out the relationship between work accidents and job satisfaction. The study was conducted on a sample of 72 workers of different ranks in the state of Algiers, and adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and used the Minnesota job satisfaction scale. The study found differences in the level of job satisfaction among workers who have been exposed to accidents. Work and which they have never been exposed to, job satisfaction is affected and affected in work accidents and it can be considered an important indicator for studying the work environment The study concluded that there are clear differences through the study in the level of job satisfaction between those who have been exposed to work accidents and those who were not exposed to them through the study of their level of job satisfaction.
