الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بالرضا الوظيفي، وأجريت الدراسة على الهيئة الإدارية بجامعة البليدة 2 لونيسي علي، وهذا من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي وباستخدام الاستبانة وتحليلها من خلال توظيف برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS-V 26 . وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بالرضا الوظيفي؛ كما تم التوصل بقبول الفرضيات الفرعية المتعلقة بأبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال (الأجهزة والوسائل؛ البرمجيات؛ الشبكات والبيانات؛ والتحكم في استخدام) بالرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظفين بجامعة البليدة 2 لونيسي علي، بمستوى الارتباط متوسط وهذا من وجهة نظر الأفراد المستجوبين. كلمات مفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الاتصال، الرضا الوظيفي. This study aimed to identify the relationship of information and communication technology to job satisfaction, it was conducted on the management frameworks at the University of Blida 2, by following the descriptive methodology, using a questionnaire, and analysing it by employing the statistical packages program SPSS-V26. A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: There is a strong positive correlation between information and communication technology and job satisfaction; it was also reached to accept the sub-hypotheses related to the dimensions of information and communication technology (hardware and means; software; networks and data; and control of use) with job satisfaction among the employees of the University of Blida 2 Lounisi Ali, the level of attachment is medium, and this is from the point of view of the interviewed individuals.
