الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للعاملين بمؤسسة عمر بن عمر للمصبّرات الغذائية بقالمة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وتطوير استبانة تكونت من (40) فقرة، تم توزيعها على عينة شملت (90) مفردة، وكان عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (75) استبانة، ومن خلال الاستطلاع الميداني وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي لجودة الحياة الوظيفية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للعاملين ويعدّ عنصر الأجور والحوافز ونمط الإشراف الأكثر تأثيرا. This study aimed to identify the reality of Quality of Working life in Guelma Omar Ben Omar canned food organization, and their impact on the development of creative skills for workers. To achieve this objective; the adoption of analytical and descriptive approach to identifying composed of (40) paragraphs and distributed to a sample of (90) researched, including reclaimed (75) identifying suitable for statistical analysis. Through field reconnaissance and the application of the tool to the members of the sample and analysis using program (SPSS.V24), The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of quality of working life in the development of creative skills for workers, Where the remuneration and incentives and pattern of supervision is the most influential.
