الملخص

تخلف التكلفة النفسية ، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للفشل المقاولاتي أثر سلبي على زيادة عدد رواد الأعمال مستقبلا، مما يجعل من هذا الموضوع ظاهرة مثيرة للنقاش من منظور مختلف العلوم، ولئن كانت المؤسسات المنشئة في مجال المقاولاتية كثيرة على مستوى العالم هي حكاية نجاح، فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف في إطارها النظري إلى تحليل مساحة الفشل (Entrepreneurial Failure) في هذا الكم الهائل من النجاحات ومساهمته في المضي نحو مقاولاتية الفرصة الثانية، من خلال سؤال محوري تم تلخيصه في" كيف يمكن تفسير ظاهرة الفشل المقاولاتي؟ وما معنى مقاولاتية الفرصة الثانية؟ لتثبت النتائج انه لابد من الاقتناع بأن الفشل مرحلة لصيقة بالنشاط المقاولاتي وان التجربة السلبية لا تغير من الرغبة في متابعة مغامرة ريادة الأعمال فالتعلم من التجربة يمكن أن يشجع على منح الأفراد فرصة ثانية، كما ان ترسيخ ثقافة التعلم من الفشل في إطار بيداغوجيا الفشل يعزز امكانية النجاح مستقبلا. Abstract: The psychological, social and economic costs of Entrepreneurial Failure have a negative impact on increasing the number of entrepreneurs in the future . which makes this topic an exciting phenomenon for discussion from the perspective of various sciences. This study aims in its theoretical framework, to analyze the area of failure (Entrepreneurial Failure) Which contributes to moving towards second chance entrepreneurship, through a central question that was summarized in “How can the phenomenon of entrepreneurial failure be explained? What is the meaning of second chance entrepreneurship? The results prove that it must be convinced that failure is a step closely linked to entrepreneurial activity, and that the negative experience does not change the desire to continue the entrepreneurial adventure, Learning by experience can encourage individuals to get a second chance, and establishing a culture of learning from failure as part of the pedagogy of failure increases the chances of success in the future.
