ملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى إبراز الدّور الحجاجي لأساليب البلاغة في خطابات التّراث الأدبيّ، وكيفيّة تجاوزها الطّابع الجماليّ الذّوقيّ في تسيير عمليّة التّناظر بين المتحاجّين؛ بما لهذين العلمين في اتّحادهما من قوّة الإقناع والتّأثير في الطّرف الآخر واستمالته؛ إمّا بإثبات رأي أو دحضه أو التّشكيك فيه. وقد اخترنا مناظرة ابن قيّم الجوزية، ضمن كتابه روضة المحبّين ونزهة المشتاقين، حيث أجرى فيه مناظرة مفتعلة على لسان كلّ من القلب والعين والكبد ولوم كلّ منهم للآخر ورشقه بالبراهين والحجج، فكان محور اهتمام بحثنا تقصّي الآليات البلاغيّة لعلم المعاني والبيان والبديع المستعملة فيها بحسب مقام كل طرف -وهو ما يسمّى في عرف أهل المناظرة بوظائف المتناظرين- واستشفاف بعدها الحجاجي، فكان من نتائج بحثنا: براعة ابن القيّم في المزاوجة بين فنّية الإيقاع وقوّة الإقناع. Abstract This study aims to show the argumentation role of rhetorical methods in the discourses of the literary heritage, and how the rhetorical argumentation transcends impressionist argumentation in arguments. With the power of persuasion and influence, they either prove an opinion, refute it, or doubt it. So, we select as a sample the fictional debate of Ibn Qayyim al-Jawzia (d. 751 AH), mentioned in his book The Garden of Lovers and Trip of Longers,“Rawdat al-mhbbyn wanuzhat al-mushtaqina”, in which he conducted A fabricated debate on the tongues of the heart, the eye, and the liver, blaming one another each giving its proofs and arguments. The focus was on investigating the rhetorical mechanisms which are called the functions of the debaters and to trace their dimension to the argument. the results of our research reveal Ibn al-Qayyim's skills in merging between the technique and the power of persuasion.
