الملخص
اهتم اللغويون العرب بتعليم علوم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وخصصوا لذلك مساحة واسعة في المناهج الدراسية والبرامج التعليمية، لاسيما في ظل التًحدًيات الكبرى التي تفرضها العولمة بزخمها المعرفي وتطورها العلمي، ومن ثمً بات من الضروري مواكبة منظومتنا التربوية لهذا التًطور، من أجل بناء الإنسان الصًالح المتًزن في تفكيره وشخصيته، المتشبًع بالعلم والثًقافة المتحصًن بالوعي والتًربية، لذلك عمدت منظومتنا التربوية إلى التًخلًي عن المقاربات القديمة وشروعها في تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات التي تتماشى وروح العصر.
