الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط الممارسين لأنشطة الترويح الرياضي على مستوى ولاية معسكر, ومعرفة الفروق بين أفراد عينة البحث وفقا لمتغيري ( الجنس، مكان العمل). ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 63 أستاذ ممارس لأنشطة الترويح الرياضي منهم ذكور وإناث خلال موسم 2019/2020, وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المقارن، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس الرضا عن الحياة للدكتور أمين عبد المقصود وقد كانت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: مستوى الرضا عن الحياة كان مرتفع لدى عينة البحث الممارسة لأنشطة الترويح الرياضي، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في قياس أبعاد الرضا عن الحياة بين عينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور/إناث) ، كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في قياس أبعاد الرضا عن الحياة بين عينة البحث الرياضي تبعا لمتغير مكان العمل (خارج المدينة / داخل المدينة) لصالح عينة العاملة بداخل المدينة. The study aimed to identify the level of satisfaction with life among middle school teachers practicing for recreational activities, and to know the differences between the members of the research sample according to the two variables (gender, workplace). To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of 63 teachers who practice sports recreational activities, including males and females. The descriptive method was used in the comparative method. To collect the study data, the life satisfaction measure was used for Dr. Amin Abdel-Maksoud. The results of the study were as follows: The level of satisfaction with life was high among the research sample, which practiced sports recreational activities. There are no statistically significant differences in measuring the dimensions of life satisfaction between samples according to the gender variable (male/female) and there are statistically significant differences in measuring the dimensions of satisfaction with life between the samples of research depending Workplace variable (outside the city / inside the city) in favor of the sample working inside the city.
