ملخص باللغة العربية: تعد المحاضر الجمركية المتمثلة في محضر الحجز والمعاينة أهم وسائل إثبات الأفعال التي تشكل خرقا للقوانين والأنظمة الجمركية، وكونها ذات حجية إلزامية فيما تضمنته من معاينات مادية ونتائج التحقيقات اعتبر المشرع الجزائري إعدادها مسألة إجرائية جوهرية حرص على تنظيم شروطها بمقتضى نصوص قانون الجمارك رقم 17-04. كما حدد نماذج خاصة بها من خلال المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 18-301. Abstract: The customs records represented in the seizure and inspection record are the most important means of provingl the acts that violate of customs laws and regulations, As it has a mandatory authority regarding the material inspections it contained and the results of investigations the algerian legislature considered its preparation a fundamental issue. that it was keen to regulate in accordance with the provisions of customs law No. 04-17.
