الملخص
تعد مهنة التوثيق من المهن الأساسية المرتبطة بمبدأ الأمن القانوني، وذات أهمية في ضمان استقرار المعاملات خاصة في مجال الاستثمار واستقطاب مناخ الأعمال، من خلال الإجراءات والقوانين التي تساهم في توفير الحماية للتصرفات واستقرار العلاقات وفي تنشيط اقتصاد الدولة، لاسيما بفضل الخدمات الحيوية التي يتولاها الموثق وتدخله الفعال في إضفاء الشكل الرسمي على كل التصرفات، إلى جانب ترسيخه للعلاقة التعاقدية في أنواع متعددة من العقود لها خصوصياتها من حيث الإثبات والتنفيذ. The notarial profession is one of the basic professions associated with the principle of legal security, and is of importance in ensuring the stability of transactions, especially in the field of investment and attracting the business climate, through procedures and laws that contribute to providing protection for actions and stability of relations and in revitalizing the economy of the state, especially thanks to the vital services that the notary undertakes and his intervention It is effective in formalizing all actions, in addition to consolidating the contractual relationship in various types of contracts that have their own specificities in terms of proof and implementation.
