المنهج النبوي في تطوير الكفاءات القيادية وصناعة التميّز

الملخص
كان العرب عبارة عن قبائل متخلفة ومتناحرة. وقد جاء الإسلام فحولهم إلى قوة هزمت أعداءها وتوسعت توسعا كبيرا. لم يكن ذلك ليتم دون شخصية الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومنهجه في التعامل مع الصحابة والمسلمين عموما، مما جعله قدوة حسنة ومنارا للمسلمين جميعا. أول عمل قام به الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم هو إصلاح عقيدة أتباعه، وقد اعتمد أساليب علمية لبناء شخصية الإنسان المسلم.، حيث اتصف بالصدق والأمانة والإيثار والمحبة والعمل والإتقان والإخلاص والعدل والمساواة. وهي جوانب وخصائص تميز بها المنهج النبوي. تتطرق هذه الورقة إلى المنهج النبوي في بناء شخصية المسلم، وسبل دفعه إلى العمل وإتقانه وخصائص القيادة الرشيدة. وهو ما يساهم في وضع معالم نظرية في الإدارة والتنظيم، يمكن تطبيقها بطرائق عصرية للوصول بقادتنا وإداراتنا ومؤسساتنا إلى درجة من الجودة والتميز. Abstract: The Arabs were backward and rival tribes. Islam has turned them into a force that has defeated its enemies and expanded considerably. This would not have been done without the character of the Prophet and his approach to dealing with the Sahaba and Muslims in general, which made him a good example and a beacon for all Muslims. The prophet's first act was to reform the faith of his followers, and he adopted scientific methods to build the personality of the Muslim man, where he was characterized by honesty, honesty, altruism, love, work, mastery, sincerity, justice and equality. These are aspects and characteristics that characterize the prophetic approach. This paper addresses the prophetic approach in building the personality of the Muslim, and ways to push him to work and master him and the characteristics of good leadership, which contributes to the development of theoretical milestones in management and organization, which can be applied in modern ways to reach our leaders, departments and institutions to a degree of quality and excellence.
