الملخص

: الملخص تعتبر المؤسسات الاقتصادية عصب الدول و المجتمعات نظرا لدورها الفعال و أهميتها القصوى في النهوض بالاقتصاد و تحقيق الرخاء و الرفاهية للمجتمع . من خلال خلق اقتصاد قوي و متنوع يشبع حاجات الأفراد المختلفة .إلا أن هذه المؤسسات كثيرا ما كانت تنتهج مبدأ الغاية تبرر الوسيلة من خلال السعي وراء الربح و الوصول إلى أكبر قدر من المداخيل و المنتجات دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار النتائج السلبية التي من المكن أن تنتجها سواء على البيئة أو الأفراد أو التشريعات التي تحكم العمل . فكثيرا ما تم انتهاك هذه التشريعات و القوانين و هو ما أثر سلبا في بقائها و تطورها و حتى أدى إلى زوالها . مما دفعها إلى إعادة التفكير في نموذج يوفق بين مبدأ الربح وما تفرضه بيئة العمل من مسؤوليات و التزامات أو ما يعرف بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية و هو ما سيحاول الباحث الكشف عنه من خلال هذه الدراسة النظرية لموضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية : مفهومها. عناصرها. أهم النظريات التي تناولت موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية . أنواعها.مبادئها و أهميتها . الكلمات المفتاحية : المسؤولية الاجتماعية . المؤسسة الاقتصادية Abstract: Nervous countries and economic institutions and communities are considered effective, given its role and maximum importance to the advancement of the economy and bring prosperity and well-being to the community.
