الملخص

الملخص: ترتكز التنمية المستدامة على مجموعة من الأبعاد المتداخلة فيما بينها هدفها الأساسي هو المحافظة على حقوق الأجيال المقبلة في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية عبر الاستغلال الأفضل لمختلف الموارد الطبيعية، وبشكل عادل. وعلى اعتبار أن المؤسسات الاقتصادية هي الشريك الأول في التنمية المستدامة، فإن تحليها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية يعد من المعايير الأساسية التي تقيس درجة مواطنتها وحسها الأخلاقي والإنساني ومدى تفاعلها اجتماعيا، لا سيما وأن الهدف الرئيسي من إنشائها هو تحقيق أعلى الأرباح وبأقل التكاليف الممكنة، عبر المنفعة الإجتماعية. وتأسيسا على ذلك، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الدور الذي يؤديه تطبيق قيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية وصولا إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: Sustainable development is based on a set of intertwined dimensions. Its primary goal is to preserve the rights of future generations in the process of economic and social development through a better exploitation of various natural resources, in a fair manner. And given that economic enterprises are the first partner in sustainable development, their adhesion to social responsibility is considered as the basic criteria to measure their degree of citizenship, moral and human sense, and the extent of social interaction, especially since the main goal of their creation is to achieve the highest profits with the lowest possible costs, through social benefit. Based on that, this research paper aims to highlight the role played by the application of social responsibility values within economic enterprises in order to achieve sustainable development.
