الملخص
الملخص: يحتل موضوع الأمن أهمية كبيرة في كتابات واهتمامات دارسي العلاقات الدولية، وتكمن هذه الأهمية في مستويين الأول أكاديمي والثاني تطبيقي، أما على المستوى الأكاديمي فتتجلى هذه الأهمية من خلال مركزية موضوع الأمن كبرنامج بحثي في الأطر والمقاربات النظرية الكلاسيكية والمعاصرة للعلاقات الدولية، بينما على المستوى التطبيقي تتجلى هذه الأهمية من خلال مدى إدراك الدول لبيئتها الأمنية داخلياً وخارجياً وانعكاس ذلك على صياغة منظوماتها الأمنية. وعلى الرغم من هذه الأهمية فقد ظل مفهوم الأمن غير ثابت ويفتقر إلى ضبط اصطلاحي رغم تعدد الدراسات الأمنية وثرائها، ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لرصد مفهوم الأمن من خلال اتجاهين رئيسين تقليدي ومعاصر. Abstract: The issue of security is prominent in the writings of international relations scholars, this importance lies in two levels: academic and practical. On the academic side, the importance lies in the centralization of the issue of security as a research program in classical and modern theoretical scopes and approaches to international relations, while at the practical level, it lies through the degree of knowledge of these countries in their internal and external security environment and the impact on the formulation of their security systems. Despite this importance, the concept of security has remained unstable lacking a conventional focus though security studies are numerous and rich, hence the importance of this Study in an attempt to intercept the concept of security through two main movements one classical and modern.
