Lean Management Tools From The Point View Of The Workers In Biocare’s Enterprise ( El Taref) – An Analytical Study -

Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to shed light on Lean management tools and their availability from the point of view of workers, we distributed a questionnaire (20) paragraph and is distributed in its final form to a representative sample of (70) workers, for this aim we used (spss /IBM23) To analyze various statistical data, One of the most important results of the study: Availability of lean management requirements with its various tools (organizing the work site, continuous improvement, standard work, multifunctional workers) at the level of the enterprise under study .also The study recommended the necessity of empowering workers and partial participation in making some decisions. As well as listening to their opinions and concerns.
