دور الاتصال الشخصي داخل المدرسة في التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ: دراسة ميدانية بثانوية تابلاط بولاية المدية

الملخص
تعد هذه الدراسة من بين المواضيع التي اتسمت بالمجال السوسيولوجي لعملية الاتصال الشخصية، وهذا من خلال العملية الاتصالية التي حدثت في مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وخاصة المحيط المدرسي، من خلال بناء علاقات تفاعلية تواصلية داخل الصف المدرسي او مع الطاقم المدرسي للإدارة أو بين الزملاء داخل القسم (التلاميذ). هذا وقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد أيضا على البيانات الإحصائية، واستعملنا أيضا تقنية الاستمارة في جمع بيانات الدراسة، بالإضافة الى الاعتماد على نموذج spss كما ضمت عينة الدراسة حوالي 122 مفردة من عينة قصدية. وكان من بين النتائج المتوصل اليها: ضرورة جعل التلميذ يتبنى أسلوب الحوار في معظم اتصالاته الشخصية داخل المدرسة حيث ان هذا الاتصال ساعده على تحقيق غاياته وطموحاته العلمية. كما يمكن اعتبار بان الظروف العامة المحيطة بالجو العام داخل المحيط المدرسي لها تأثير مباشر على تبني أسلوب العلاقات الاتصالية للتلميذ وبالتالي لها تأثير أكبر على المردود العلمي. This study is among the topics that characterized the sociological field of the personal communication process, and this is through the communication process that occurred in socialization institutions, especially the school environment, through building interactive and communicative relationships within the school classroom or with the school administration staff or between colleagues within the department (students). In this study, reliance was placed on the descriptive analytical approach, and reliance was also placed on statistical data. We also used the questionnaire technique in collecting study data, in addition to relying on the SPSS model. The study sample included about 122 samples, and they were selected using a purposive sampling method. Among the results reached was: the necessity of making the student adopt the method of dialogue in most of his personal communications within the school, as this communication helped him achieve his academic goals and ambitions. It can also be considered that the general conditions surrounding the general atmosphere within the school environment have a direct impact on the adoption of the student’s communication relationship style and thus have a greater impact on the academic performance.
