الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة، وذلك باختلاف كل من متغير العمر، ونوع المهنة والكلية. ومعرفة مدى مراعاة مختلف العوامل في اختيار التخصصات خاصة لدى الطالبات كعاملات مستقبلا. طبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت 101 عاملة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير وكلية التكنولوجيا -جامعة المسيلة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واقتصرت الأساليب الإحصائية على تحليل التباين الأحادي One way Anova واختبار Tلعينتين مستقلتين. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - لا توجد فروق في الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة باختلاف العمر. - لا توجد فروق في الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة باختلاف المهنة. - لا توجد فروق في الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة باختلاف الكلية. Abstract: A the current study aims to identify the educational choice of working woman according to each of the age variables, type of profession, the college. And knowing the extent to which various factors are taken into account in choosing specializations, especially for female students as future workers. The study was applied to sample of 101 female employees at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences and the Faculty of Technology- M'sila University, who were chosen randomly. The study relied on the descriptive method, the statistical methods were limited to One-Way analysis of variance and two independent Samples t-test. The results of the study found the following: -no differences in the educational choice of working woman due to the difference in the variable age. -no differences in the educational choice of working woman due to the difference in the variable type of profession. -no differences in the educational choice of working woman due to the difference in the variable college. Résumé: La présente étude vise à identifier le choix éducatif des femmes actives. Selon les variables d’âge, de type de profession et de collège. Et savoir dans quelle mesure divers facteurs sont pris en compte dans le choix de la spécialisation, en particulier pour les étudianes en tant que futurs travailleurs. L’étude a été appliquée à un échantillon de 101 ouvières de la Faculté des Science Economiques, Commerciales et Gestion et de la Faculté de Technologie –Université de M’Sila. Elles ont été choisies au hasard. L’étude s’est appuyée sur l’approche descriptive, et les méthodes statistiques ont été limitées à une voie Anova et test T pour deux échantillons indépendants. Les résultats de l’étude ont révélé ce qui suit : - Il n’y pas de différences dans le choix d’éducatif des femmes actives selon l’âge. - Il n’y pas de différences dans le choix d’éducatif des femmes actives selon la profession. - Il n’y pas de différences dans le choix d’éducatif des femmes qui travaillent dans les différents collèges.
