الذكاء الاصطناعي وحوكمة الشركات، اي علاقة؟

الملخص
الملخص : يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي اهم ما انجبت الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، فهو نتيجة تراكمات لمجموعة من الأبحاث و التجارب الى ان وصل الى ما هو عليه الآن في العصر الحديث، فقد اجتاح هذا الاخير جميع المجالات، خاصة المجال الاقتصادي ممثلا في الشركات التجارية وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز العلاقة بين هذه التكنولوجيا الحديثة وحوكمة الشركات . وعليه من خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها: ان نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي جاءت داعمة ومعززة لقواعد الحوكمة، يساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز مكانة الشركة واكتسابها قدرة تنافسية كبيرة، كذلك جاءت قواعد الحوكمة لمحاربة الفساد المالي والإداري واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي يساعد على ذلك...الخ Abstract : Artificial intelligence isconsidered the most important thingthat gave birth to the FourthIndustrial Revolution. It is the result of the accumulation of a group of research and experiments until it reached what it is now in the modern era. The latter has invaded all fields, especially the economic field represented by commercial companies. Accordingly, thisstudy came to highlight the relationship. Between this modern technology and corporate governance. Accordingly, through our study of this topic, we reached a set of results, including:Artificial intelligence systems came to support and enhance the rules of governance. Artificial intelligence contributes to strengthening the company’s position and gaining great competitiveness. Governance rules also came to fight financial and administrative corruption and the use of artificial intelligence helps in this. ..etc.
