الملخص
ملخص: سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق الموضوع العصبية الرقمية وهو أحد إفرازات الثورة الرقمية والذي يشير إلى التوتر والتصعيد المتنامي في المجتمعات المعاصرة نتيجة استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، وخاصة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ينجم عن هذا الاستخدام الواسع النطاق انتشار المعلومات غير الموثوقة والأخبار الزائفة والتنمر والتطرف الرقمي مما يؤثر على الفرد و استقرار المجتمعات ،فهي تعزز الانفصال الفكري والتقسيمات الاجتماعية والسياسية، ويؤدي إلى انتشار خطاب الكراهية ونشوء الصراعات في بيئة العصبية الرقمية، حيث يميل الأفراد إلى التجمع مع الأشخاص الذين يشاركونهم الرأي والمعتقدات، وينعزلون عن الآخرين الذين يختلفون عنهم بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تؤدي العصبية الرقمية إلى تدهور الحوار البناء والتفاهم الحقيقي بين الأفراد، وتعزز الانقسامات والتحيزات الفكرية . سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية : ماهية العصبية الرقمية وما هي إنعكاساتها على الفرد والمجتمع؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقمنة،تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال ،العصبية الرقمية. Abstract: Through this research paper, we will attempt to explore the concept of digital neurosis, which is one of the manifestations of the digital revolution. It refers to the increasing tension and escalation in contemporary societies as a result of the use of information and communication technology, particularly social media. This widespread usage leads to the proliferation of unverified information, fake news, cyberbullying, and digital extremism, all of which impact the individual and societal stability. It reinforces cognitive separation, social and political divisions, and contributes to the spread of hate speech and the emergence of conflicts. This phenomenon is evident in the digital neurotic environment, where individuals tend to gather with like-minded people and isolate themselves from those who differ from them. Furthermore, digital neurosis leads to the deterioration of constructive dialogue and genuine understanding among individuals, while promoting intellectual divisions and biases. In this paper, we will attempt to answer the following problem: What is digital neurosis, and what are its reflections on the individual and society?
