أثر الأحكام الفقهية على الأمن الفكري وسائل إنشاء الفكر الآمن لدى الفرد والمجتمع وحمايته في الفقه الإسلامي

الملخص
إن معرفة الحكمة والمقصد من الأحكام الفقهية هو أساس الأثر الإيجابي على الأمن الفكري، فما هي وسائل إنشاء الفكر الآمن لدى الفرد والمجتمع وحمايته في الفقه الإسلامي؟ بناء على ذلك قسم البحث لفصلين، استعرض في الأول وسائل إنشاء الفكر الآمن لدى الفرد، ثم المجتمع في الفقه الإسلامي، وتحدث في الفصل الثاني عن كيفية صيانته في الفقه الإسلامي. وخلص في النهاية إلى أن التفقه في الدين وفهم مقاصده وغاياته فهما صحيحا، سبب لأمان الفكر. The knowledge of the wisdom and objective behind the jurisprudential rulings is the key to exerting a positive influence on intellectual security. What are the methods to establish a safe intellect for individual and the society and protect them in Islamic jurisprudence? Hence, the research is divided into two chapters ; the first chapter deals with the methods of establishing a safe intellect for individual, followed by the society in Islamic jurisprudence. In the second chapter of the research, it delved into how to preserve it in Islamic jurisprudence. It eventually concluded that having a proper comprehending of the religion, and understanding its intentions and purposes correctly, which is a means for one's safe intellect.
