الملخص
ملخص: شغل الإرهاب العالم ويعتبر من اهم الاحداث التي شغلت المجتمع الإنساني ، حيث لا تقاس خطورة جريمة الإرهاب بالقدر من الدماء التي تراق نتيجة للعمليات الإرهابية ، إنما نوعية الضحايا من المدنيين الأبرياء الذين يقعون ضحية للعمليات الإرهابية ، كما تقاس تلك الخطورة بقدرة الإرهاب على نشر الذعر والخوف ، فانفجار مروع جديد في أية بقعة في العالم يولد احساساً بالخوف والقلق على مستوى العالم أجمع، وليس على مستوى البلد الذي وقع فيه فحسب ، ذلك أن الإرهاب ذاته غير محدد بمنطقة جغرافية معينة أو دولة بعينها ، أو اشخاص بذواتهم؛ علماً أن الإرهاب في الكتب السماوية وبمختلف الديانات محرم تحريماً مطلقاً، وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة جاءت لتلقي الضوء وبصورة شمولية على الجذور التاريخية للإرهاب وفروعه، فتناولت الدراسة الإرهاب في اللغة، مستأنسة بالآيات القرآنية و بالأحاديث النبوية، ثم تطرقت إلى تطور مفهوم الإرهاب تاريخياً وصولاً إلى مفهومه المعاصر كلمات مفتاحية: إرهاب؛ الدين؛ سياسة؛ العرب؛ الغرب. Abstract: Terrorism has occupied the world and is considered one of the most important events that have preoccupied the human community, as the seriousness of the crime of terrorism is not measured by the amount of blood that is shed as a result of terrorist operations, but rather the type of innocent civilians who fall victim to terrorist operations, as this risk is measured by the ability of terrorism to spread terror and fear, A new horrific explosion in any part of the world generates a sense of fear and anxiety at the level of the whole world, not just at the level of the country in which it occurred, because terrorism itself is not limited to a specific geographic region or a specific country, or individuals themselves. Note that terrorism in the divine books and in various religions is absolutely forbidden, and therefore this study came to shed light in a comprehensive manner on the historical roots of terrorism and its branches, The study dealt with terrorism in the language, domesticated by the Qur’anic verses and the hadith of the Prophet, then it dealt with the historical development of the concept of terrorism, up to its contemporary concept.
