الخصائص السيكومرتية (الصدق والثبات) لمقياس الاجهاد النفسي لدى عينة من أساتذة الجامعة دراسة ميدانية بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة

الملخص
هدفت الدارسة الحالية إلي بناء مقياس الإجهاد النفسي، والتأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، وتحقيقًا لهذا الهدف اختيرت عينة اشتملت على 60 أستاذ واستاذة من كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بكل من (قسم علم النفس، قسم علم الاجتماع، قسم الاعلام والاتصال، قسم التاريخ، قسم الشريعة قسم الفلسفة) وكلية الادب واللغات بقسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، ومن أجل التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الاحصائية، ومن أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات وجود ثلاث أبعاد لمقياس الإجهاد النفسي وهي: البعد النفس جسدي، بعد بيئية العمل، والبعد السلوكي، كما ـبينت نتائج الدراسة أن المقياس الذي تم إعداده يتميز بخصائص سيكومترية عالية، وهو ما يشير إلى أن مقياس الاجهاد النفسي يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق، وبنفس القدر من الثبات. The current study aimed at building a measure of psychological stress, and verifying its psychometric properties. To achieve this goal, a sample was selected that included 60 univercity professors from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Literature and Languages, in order to verify the psychometric charactiristics of the measure, a set of statistical methods were used, and one of the most important results that resulted from the results of the statistical analysis of the data was the presence of three dimensions of the psychological stress scale. One of the most important results that resulted from the statistical analysis of the data is the presence of three dimensions of the psychological stress scale, which are: the psychophysical dimension, the work environmental dimension, and the behavioral dimension. The results of the study also showed that the measure that was prepared has high psychometric charactiristics, which indicates that the psychological stress measure He has a high degree of validity and the same amount of reability.
