الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى القاء الضوء على المقاولاتية الاجتماعية باعتبارها مفهوما علميا حديث التناول يوفر الآليات العملية التي تساهم بتنشيط ودعم التنمية، و لفهم اكثر لهذا الموضوع تطرقنا في البداية الى عرض مفاهيم حول المقاولاتية الاجتماعية ثم النظر الى بعض مقومات الفكر المقولاتي الاجتماعي وكذلك تسليط الضوء على واقع المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق الى الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تواجهها في البيئة الجزائرية، ثم التعريج على آفاق تطويرها وترقيتها من خلال جملة من الاليات والاستراتيجيات، حيث خلصنا الى ان تطوير هذه الاخيرة لا يرتبط فقط بأداء هيئات وبرامج الدعم ولكن كذلك بتوفر روح وثقافة المقاولاتية الاجتماعية لدى المجتمع. This research paper aims to shed light on social entrepreneurship as a newly addressed scientific concept that provides practical mechanisms that contribute to stimulating and supporting development، To understand this topic more, we first touched on presenting concepts about social entrepreneurship, then looking at some of the components of social entrepreneurship thought, as well as highlighting the reality of social entrepreneurship in Algeria، By addressing the difficulties and obstacles it faces in the Algerian environment, then exploring the prospects for its development and promotion through a number of mechanisms and strategies، We concluded that the development of the latter is not only linked to the performance of support bodies and programs, but also to the availability of the spirit and culture of social entrepreneurship in society.
