بيداغوجيا الإدماج ومشكلات تطبيقها

الملخص
من المعلوم أن بيداغوجــيــا الكفاءات مقاربة تربوية، تعمل على تزويد الـمتــعلّم بمجموعة من الكفاءات لمواجهة وضعيات مركّبة قد تصادفه في واقعه أو تحاكيه. وهي مجموعة المعارف والمهارات والخبرات المخزنة، والمواقف التي ستجند لمجابهة وتحدي المشكلات قصد التكيف والتوافق معها. فهي بذلك مدخل ضروري لتحمّل المسؤوليات، واتخاذ القرارات، والاعتماد على الذّات في حل مختلف المشاكل. ولعلّ بيداغوجيا الإدماج هي الإطار الإجرائي لمعرفة مدى التحكّم في الكفاءات، إذ فيها يستجمع ويعبّئ المتعلّم مكتسباته القبلية لينظمها ويستثمرها، ومن ثــــمَّ يوظفها في وضعيات مركبة ذات دلالة وسياق تستدعي مستويات التفكير العليا والتي يصطلح عليها الوضعيات الإدماجية. فكفاءة الشخص تظهر في قدرته على دمج مجموعة مكتسبات سابقة متنوعة ومنفصلة، ليجعلها مترابطة مجنّدة ملائمة للوصول إلى حلول للوضعيات المشكلة بغية بلوغ الأهداف. ضمن هذا السّياق جاء هذا البحث كمحاولة للوقوف عند مدى أهمية بيداغوجيا الإدماج في مقاربة الكفاءات التي تتجاوز الاهتمام بالمحتويات إلى الاهتمام بالقدرة على حسن توظيف الـمتعلّم للمكتسبات القبلية في وضعيات تتحدى هذه التعلمات. We know that skills pedagogy is an educational and didactic approach which aims to provide and equip the learner with a set of skills to face complex situations that they may encounter in their reality or simulate them. It is the body of stored knowledge, skills, experiences and attitudes that will be recruited to confront and challenge problems in order to adapt and get along with them. It is therefore a necessary contribution to assume responsibilities, make decisions and be autonomous. in solving various problems. Perhaps the pedagogy of inclusion is the procedural framework to know the extent of control over skills, because it is in it that the learner brings together and mobilizes all his previous knowledge to organize and invest them, then uses them in complex and significant situations. and context that call for higher levels of thinking, called inclusion situations. A person's competence appears in his or her ability to integrate a group of diverse and distinct prior acquisitions, make them interconnected and adapted to arrive at solutions to problem situations in order to achieve goals. In this context, this research attempts to determine the importance of integration pedagogy in the approach to skills that go beyond attention to content to pay attention to the learner's ability to make good use of prior learning in situations that challenge this learning.
