Abstract: Place name science or toponymy is one of the most important fields of knowledge that has received widespread attention as a means of leading us to know the history and environment of man from the study of place names and their meanings; one of the highlights of its importance is the interest of the developed world, where the first conference on this field of knowledge was held in Paris in 1938. In light of this, the Batna took a field for my field studies, collecting the names of the places in which they are located, and then categorized them according to the fields they contain, and then touched on the analysis of these names.
