A Propos De L’évaluation Orthophonique Du Bégaiement : L’adaptation Des Données Scientifiques à La Pratique Clinique

Résumé
L’évaluation du bégaiement dans la pratique orthophonique repose sur deux facteurs : la détermination de la sévérité du trouble représenté par des signes cliniquement reconnus, et la persistance ou la durée de la reproduction des manifestations cliniques. Cela s’applique également au diagnostic du bégaiement ou du bredouillement, car la sévérité du bégaiement et le taux de récurrence de son apparition dans le comportement langagier du locuteur en sont la base. A partir de notre expérience sur terrain dans l’évaluation du bégaiement, nous présenterons dans l’article suivant une méthode modèle pour l’évaluation du bégaiement se basant sur la présentation d’un bilan d’un cas qui nous avons examiné au service de pédiatrie à l’hôpital universitaire de Bahra Mohamed à Rouiba, et cela au moyen du bilan de François-Estienne qui allie exhaustivité et exactitude et se caractérise par le fait qu’il n’est pas affecté par les caractéristiques culturelles et sociales reconnues dans les outils de mesure psychologique. This is based on an assessment of a case that we examined during our work period in the Pediatrics Department of the University Hospital, Bahra Mohamed, in Rouiba, by means of an assessment (le bilan de François-Estienne).
