الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على معدلات التشغيل في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف نقوم بتحليل العلاقة بين متغيرين، التشغيل كمتغير تابع و الإنفاق الحكومي كمتغير مستقل، وباستخدام طرق قياسية تعتمد على اختبار التكامل المشترك واختبار نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي خلال الفترة 1990 إلى غاية 2019. و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي للإنفاق الحكومي على معدل التشغيل في المدى القصير، مما يدل عل أن مناصب العمل التي توفرها المشاريع الحكومية هي غير دائمة. This study aims to measure the impact of Government Expenditure on employment rates in Algeria. To achieve this objective, we analyze the relationship between two variables, namely, employment as a dependent variable and Government Expenditure as an independent variable. using econometric methods such as the co-integration test and the vector autoregressive model over the period 1990 to 2019. The results obtained showed a positive and significant impact of government Expenditure on the employment rate in the short run, indicating that the jobs provided by government projects are not permanent.
