الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى وصف ملامح الصراع التنظيمي بين العاملين بالمدارس الابتدائية على أساس أن الصراعات المدرسية تعد مشكلة خطيرة تستهدف المنظمات التعليمية وتهدد العاملين بها، حيث ستؤدي هذه المشكلة على المدى المستقبلي إلى زيادة تكريس الهدر البشري المتمثل في فشل الأفراد في توفير احتياجاتهم بسبب تدني مستويات الأمان والاستقرار الوظيفي نتيجة تراكم الصراعات ببيئات العمل بالمدارس، وفي هذه الدراسة تم تناول ملامح الصراعات المدرسية بين المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين بالمدارس الابتدائية من خلال استطلاع آراء المعلمين في أساليب الصراع التنظيمي الممارسة من قبل المشرفين التربويين اتجاههم للوصول إلى رسم واقع ملامح الصراعات التنظيمية بين هذه الفئات، والانتهاء إلى اقتراحات لتوظيفها في المستقبل على تحسين هذا الواقع، والاستفادة من مختلف مصادر الصراعات المدرسية بين العاملين بالمدارس. الكلمات المفتاحية: ملامح -الصراع التنظيمي –العاملين – المدارس الابتدائية Abstract: This study seeks to describe the features of the organizational conflict between primary school workers on the basis that school conflicts are a serious problem targeting educational organizations and threatening their employees, as this problem will lead in the future to increasing human waste in the form of individuals’ failure to provide for their needs due to low levels of safety and job stability as a result of the accumulation of conflicts in school work environments, In this study, the features of school conflicts between educational supervisors and teachers in primary schools were addressed through a survey of teachers’ opinions on the methods of organizational conflict practiced by educational supervisors, and their direction to reach a drawing of the reality of the features of organizational conflicts between these groups, and to conclude with suggestions for future employment to improve this reality , and benefit from the various sources of school conflicts between
