الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على نظرية المهارات اللغوية والتي سجلت رواجا كبيرا في مجال التعليمية، حيث تعتبر من المباحث التي شغلت اهتمام الدارسين والباحثين في مجال تعليم اللغات وتعلمها، وهي من الاتجاهات الحديثة التي تتيح للمتعلم فرصة التدريب والتمرن والممارسة حتى يتمكن من التعلم بسرعة، وسهولة ودقة. تعرضنا في هذا البحث إلى مفهوم مصطلح " المهارة اللغوية" انطلاقا من الإشكالية التالية: ما هو مفهوم المهارة اللغوية في مجال التعليم والتعلم؟و ما علاقته بمصطلحي الملكة و القدرة؟ مبرزين أهم خصائصه التي تميزه عن مصطلحي " الملكة" و " القدرة" لنخلص في الأخير إلى رصد العلاقة القائمة بين هذه المصطلحات ودورها في اكتساب اللغة وتعلمها. :ABSTRACT This research sought to shed light on the theory of language skills wich recorded great popularity in the field of education it is one the of topics that occupied the interest of scholars and researchers in the field of language education and science, and it is one of the modern trends that allow the learner the opportunity to smuggle practice and practice so that he can learn quicklyeasily and accurately. In this research we presented the concept of the term linguistic skill justifying its most important characteristics that distin guish it form the goodness of the queen and the surveyor of the foot in order to conclude in the end to repel the existing relationship between these terms and their role in the acquisition language and learning of yong people.
