النسق الاجتماعي في المجتمعات الأمازيغية المجتمع القبائلي أنموذجا

الملخص
تختلف المجتمعات في تكوين موروثها تبعا لاختلاف النماذج التي تحكم أطر العلاقات بين أفرادها، و هي نماذج تحدد مكانة العقل في تلك العلاقات، و تَبرُز من خلالها قيمة الفرد في بناء المجتمع و في تكوين ثقافته. و المجتمع الأمازيغي واحد من هذه المجتمعات، و هو مجتمع معروف باحتكامه إلى القوانين العرفية، حيث يفرض على أفراد مجتمعه الرقابة الاجتماعية، و خاصة على المرأة التي تتحدد معيشتها و سلوكاتها بحسب معايير النظام الاجتماعي الذي تخضع له كل قرية أو كل عرش. فمن العوامل المشتركة في المجتمعات الأمازيغية، أنّ العامل الجغرافي والمناخي قد ساهم بشكل كبير في بروز تكتلات اجتماعية تتمثل في شكل أعراش تتصف منازلها بالالتصاق و التلاحم، و هو ما تتصف به أعراش منطقة القبائل و أعراش منطقة الشـاوية و كـذا أعراش منطقة وادي مـزاب، وأعراش منطقة الطوارق، و كل ذلك كان لمواجهة صعوبات الحياة، سواء أكان ذلك من حيث المأكل أو المأمن، وسنحاول الحديث عن مجتمع واحد من بين هذه المجتمعات الأمازيغية، ألا وهو المجتمع القبائلي. Les sociétés diffèrent par la formation de leur héritage selon les différents modèles qui régissent les relations entre leurs membres, qui déterminent le statut de l'esprit dans ces relations et à travers lesquels la valeur de l'individu dans la construction de la société et dans la formation de la culture. La communauté amazighe est l'une de ces sociétés, connue pour son adhésion aux lois coutumières. Un facteur commun aux communautés amazighes est que le facteur géographique et climatique a largement contribué à l’émergence de grappes sociales sous la forme d’adhésifs dont les maisons sont caractérisées par l’adhérence et la cohésion. C’est ce qui caractérise la région de la Kabylie et la région de la Chaouia, ainsi que celles du Wadi M’zab et des Touaregs, qui devaient toutes faire face aux difficultés de la vie, qu’il s’agisse de nourriture ou de sécurité, et nous essaierons de parler d’une communauté parmi ces réunions amazighes. Societies are different in terms of composition of their heritage depending on the different models that govern the frameworks of relationships between their members, the thing which determines the place of the mind in those relationships, and through which the value of the individual is highlighted in the construction of society and in the formation of its culture. Amazigh society is known for its recourse to customary laws, where members of its society are subject to social control, especially on women whose livelihood and behaviors are determined by the standards of the social system to which each village or ethnic group is subject. One of the common factors in Amazigh societies is the geographical and climatic factor which has contributed significantly to the emergence of social clusters in the form of ethnic groups whose houses are characterized by attachment and cohesion. This characteristic is found in the region of kabylie, Shawiya, Wadi Mazab and the Tuareg, and helps to face the difficulties of life, whether in terms of food or safety. We will try to talk about one of these Amazigh communities, namely, Tribal society.
