ادخار الفاضل عن الحاجة من المال Saving More-than-needed Money

الملخص
تناولنا في هذا البحث مسألة ادخار المال، حيث كان ذلك التناول ضمن ثلاثة محاورة، تناولنا في الأول منها المفاهيم الرئيسة للموضوع، في حين تناولنا في المحور الثاني بعض الضوابط الشرعية في استخدام المال، وكان المحور الثالث عبارة عن تناول آراء العلماء في ذلك بالتفصيل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإسلام لم يحجر على الناس في ادخار فاضل المال عن الحاجة؛ ذلك أن المذهب المترجح جواز الادخار وأن المال متى ما أديت زكاته وأخرج منه حق الفقير فقد خرج صاحبه عن حرمة المنع، وفارق صفة الكنز، ورغم جواز الادخار فإنه في بعض الأحوال التي تشد فيها حاجة الناس ولا تكفي الزكاة لتوفير حاجات المحتاجين وسد خلة الفقراء فإن الشرع يجعل في المال حقا سوى الزكاة وهذا هو مقتضى مضمون ومذهب جماعة من العلماء ممن رأوا في المال حقا سوى الزكاة، مثل مذهب ابن حزم. This research tackles the issue of money savings. It is structured into three parts. The first part is dedicated to essential concepts in the field. The second part covers some Islamic regulations of the financial deals. The third part provides detailed discussions on the sayings and opinions of Islamic scholars of this branch of knowledge. The study comes to the conclusion that Islam did not prevent people from saving the spare money; that is to say the dominant school goes to permit saving and whenever you do "Zakat" for your money and give the poor his right, you are no longer prevented; and your money is not considered as treasure. However, there are some cases where poverty spreads massively among poor population until the point that Al-Zakat earnings are no longer enough. In this situation, according to the doctrine of a group of scholars, like Ibn Hazm, Islam grants an additional right for poor people in the money of the rich people apart from that already granted as Al-Zakat
