الملخص

نتيجة للمتغيرات الدولية خاصة منها ظاهرة العولمة وإفرازاتها والتي عرفها العالم طفت إلى السطح العديد من المفاهيم التي سادت النقاشات الأكاديمية على غرار مفهوم الحوكمة خاصة بعد الأزمات الاقتصادية التي عرفتها عدة مؤسسات مالية، ليتم التركيز على طرق وآليات ومعايير من شأنها الحد من ظاهرة الفساد، لذلك زاد اهتمام العديد من المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والهيئات الأممية بهذا الموضوع من خلال مواثيقها وممارساتها. لذلك يكمن الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية تغطية مفهومي الحوكمة ومكافحة الفساد وفق ما ورد في مواثيق المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية وحتى الوكالات التابعة للأمم المتحدة. As a result of international changes, especially the phenomenon of globalization and its secretions which the world has known, many concepts that have dominated academic debates have surfaced, Similar to the concept of governance, especially after the economic crises experienced by several financial institutions, To focus on ways, mechanisms and standards that will reduce the phenomenon of corruption, Therefore, the interest of many international and regional organizations and international bodies in this matter has increased through their charters and practices. Therefore, the aim of this research paper is to cover the concepts of governance and anti-corruption, According to what is stated in the charters of international and regional organizations and even the agencies of the United Nations
