الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تكوين المعلم بالجزائر، وابرز التحديات التي يواجهها. فلم يعد للمعلم النمطي مكان في ظل احتياجات التعليم في القرن الحالي، الذي يتطلب من معلم القرن الواحد والعشرين أن يكون معدا ومؤهلا أكاديميا ومهنيا، لتمكينه من ممارسة مهنة التعليم بالطريقة الفاعلة والتي تسهم في بناء متعلم المستقبل في ضوء عصر اقتصاد المعرفة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج النظري التحليلي في معالجة الموضوع، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: يحتاج المعلم لامتلاك مهارات التفكير العليا- يحتاج المعلم لإدارة قدرات المتعلمين - يحتاج المعلم لإدارة فن التعليم، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات. كلمات مفتاحية: المعلم، المهارة، احتياجات التعليم، العملية التعليمية التعلمية، صعوبات التكوين، تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين . Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the formation of a teacher in Algeria and the most prominent challenges it faces. The typical teacher no longer has a place in light of the education needs in the current century, which requires the teacher of the twenty-first century to be prepared and qualified academically and professionally, to enable him to practice the teaching profession in an effective manner that contributes Building the future learner in the light of the era of knowledge economy. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the theoretical and analytical approach in dealing with the subject, and the study reached many results, the most important of which are: The teacher needs to possess higher-order thinking skills - The teacher needs to manage the abilities of learners - The teacher needs to manage the art of teaching, and in light of these results, the researcher suggested a set of recommendations.
