صفات وأدوار معلم القرن الحادي والعشرين

الملخص
هدفت الدّراسة إلى كشف وتحليل أهم الصّفات التي يجب أن يتحلّى بها معلم القرن الحادي والعشرين في ظل الثّورة العلمية والتّكنولوجية، كما تهدف إلى تحديد أهم أدوار المعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين. واستخدمت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي القائم على جمع البيانات من خلال الإطار النظري والدّراسات السابقة، ووصفها وتحليلها واستخراج الاستنتاجات منها، وقد بيّنت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ أهم الصّفات التي يمتاز بها المعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين هي: صفات متعلّقة بالمهارات العقلية، صفات شخصية، صفات تربوية، صفات تكنولوجية، صفات متعلّقة بمهارات التّواصل، صفات خلقية، صفات تجديدية. كما بيّنت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ أهم أدوار المعلّم في القرن الحادي والعشرين هي: دور المعلّم كوسيط بين المعرفة والتلاميذ، دور المعلّم كمجدّد في مهنته، دور المعلّم كمستخدم للوسائل التّقنية والتّكنولوجية في تيسير التّعليم، دور المعلّم كمرشد في التّفكير الإبداعي، دور المعلّم في تطوير المنهاج، دور المعلّم في اختيار وسائل التّعليم المناسبة والحديثة، دور المعلّم كمرشد في التّعلم التّعاوني، دور المعلّم كعضو في المجتمع، دور المعلّم في جذب الانتباه، دور المعلّم كمقوّم. Summary : The study aimed to detect and analyze the most important characteristics that the twenty-first-century teacher must have in light of the scientific and technological revolution. It's also aimes to define the most important roles of the teacher in the twenty-first century. The study used the descriptive analytical approach based on data collection through theoretical framework and previous studies, describing, analyzing and extracting conclusions from it. The results of the study showed that the most important characteristics of a teacher in the twenty-first century are: traits related to mental skills, personal traits, educational traits, Technological traits, traits related to communication skills, moral traits and regenerative traits. The results of the study also showed that the most important roles of the teacher in the twenty-first century are: the role of the teacher as a mediator between knowledge and students, the role of the teacher as a renewer in his profession, the role of the teacher as a user of technical and technological means in facilitating education, the role of the teacher as a guide in creative thinking, the role of the teacher in developing the curriculum, The role of the teacher in choosing appropriate and modern teaching methods, the role of the teacher as a guide in cooperative learning, the role of the teacher as a member of society, the role of the teacher in attracting attention, the role of the teacher as a facilitator.
